I would love to do a discussion how different vanpooling programs have adjusted to workforce trends/ technology to continue to make vanpooling a robust transit option in your community.

we've got some interesting things happening in our van pool. A large staffing company is actually providing some van pools for Amazon and some other companies because it's more cost effective for them and assists with retention
we contracted with Enterprise this year and are working with them to come up with creative solutions (that still fit the regs)
