Thinking of a University/Employer/TMA session on how we encourage new and sustained behavior change to use non-SOV options (especially active commuting) when challenged by "extreme" conditions - heat, cold, snow, rain, hills, distance, etc.
This session could include a description of programs and incentives your campus/employer offers to keep people in those modes, promoting information (multi-modal commuting, occasional free parking permits, carpooling, etc.), having contests or some kind of recognition, financial assistance (helping employees buy studded tires, rain gear, or e-bikes), infrastructure improvements, or any other approach.
This could easily be a rapid fire style session that gives a few minutes to several presenters so we cover a wide range of challenges and approaches.
