Charlotte Area Transit System is in the process of piloting its First/Last Mile solution through a partnership with a few transportation network companies. I would love to share those results and also hear from other organizations about what methods and strategies they're taking on to tackle FM/LM.

Would anyone be interested in looking at how bike share programs can fill the gap for first/last mile as a compliment to public transit?

if you're still looking for a partner for the conference, we are contracting with a local taxi company for on-demand, same day trips. we launched the pilot last May. In February, we are going to use them completely for all non-ADA and will call trips
